Is it possible for someone to multi-task in two different worlds? The world of professionalism and of motherhood.
Having to deal these two different situations may need more than a time limit of 24 hours per day.
The time is not just enough. And this is the very reason why one must be sacrificed, to be given up.
But that is being practiced by the people who lived from ages ago. It is 2019 everybody!
Women, nowadays, are so determined to establish a status of high level of self-improvement. Thus, they find ways how to capture both worlds at the same time. That’s why they are called the “working moms”.
Working as professionals while taking care of their family as the lovely mother.
Working moms are notoriously known for being so busy. Non-stop working from office to home. There are quite different routines that we can certainly see on each working moms. But how do working moms act or deal to their kids and family?
We tend to establish a mindset that, generally, a mom should be able to take care of her family 24/7, and that the household chores should be her priority. But, nevertheless, a mom is a person as well. A person who’s an achiever and has a dream.
That’s why we made this blog to help you understand them or if you’re a working mom yourself, this is to help you recover shortcomings and to win the day!
SET YOUR INTENTIONS FOR THE DAY
In short, literally have a pen and paper before you sleep and list down all the important things you must get done on that very day. This is how you can manage your time more well. Enlist your priorities and shrink them to top 10 things you want to achieve by tomorrow. Number 1 as the easiest and 10 as the hardest to achieve, because if you want to achieve as ‘MANY’ tasks as you can in a day, go finish the easiest first and your list will have check marks before noon. This also creates satisfaction in your inner being and become more motivated throughout the day.
WAKE UP EARLY AND PREP YOURSELF FIRST
We’re talking about not just waking up early, because that should be every people’s thing, but moms are used to wake up early and go directly to the kitchen and prepare the things their kids and husband would need.
But it should not be only that, we need to look and feel good. Literally look good and so we feel good. It’s like a domino effect, once you see yourself in the mirror looking so decent, the feeling of achieving the day will automatically follow. That is why, we must always take good care of our personalities – first thing in the morning. So positive mind and mood will flow and glow through you.
SET BOUNDARIES
We all fall short sometimes with our time. Our body is one and so is our time. Moms used to cover almost any issue in the family, they take care of them, even the stuff toy stuck under the bed and the bugs at night!
However, we cannot entertain all of the request (the simple ones) at once. We need a limit and some boundaries. Moms need to learn to say “no” sometimes too and do not approve on every request your kids and husband made.
CONSIDER SOME HELP
Many working moms don’t realize that there are numerous people who are so ready to pick up the fight for them. What families are for? There’s dad, granny and grandad. But those are not the only people who can ask for help with.
There’s also some friends and professionals.
For busy working moms, enlisting help is a smart way to handle priorities at ease.
There are clearly affordable services that could help moms make the most of their day.
