There are things that could go wrong and that’s normal. But what’s not normal is when you have to let it pass and left you troubled throughout the day.
We all had those common days, even whole straight week, when we thought everything seems so wrong. Problem after problem and we got no more motivation to lean on.
I bet you also have mentally pronounced, “I always do my best to remain positive, but I’m in my worst situation right now. What do I do?”
Yes, we all had those inner-self-talk moments. However, let me say this to you: IT IS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD.
Help yourself. It is JUST to remain your composure, sit back, relax and read further.
NOTE 1:
THE ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE
Be Grateful. Even your attention caught unpleasant things, remember that the other things are right. There are only RIGHT and WRONG. So be grateful that other than having those negativities, you also have good and awesome things around you. Be descriptive and list them all over and over again in your mind. This will help you become more courageous to discover more awesome things throughout your day!
REMEMBER:
- Mentally list the good things around you.
- Pronounce them over and over again in your head.
- Be Grateful for them!
- Shake the negativity off!
NOTE 2:
FOCUS TO THE WHOLE PICTURE
See them in 360 degrees. Let me lend your imagination and read further while visualizing: In a full wide length photo – you’ll certainly appreciate the view of a landscape with so much flowers, mountains and perfect hues of bright sunset. But, if you focus your eye to that one small dirt, you’ll somehow be discouraged. However, try to look at again to the whole picture itself…Fascinating isn’t it?
And that’s how you should see your day. Aside from being grateful to every points you have noted from NOTE 1, you should see that your whole day ended awesomely and that you will have more pleasant moments coming for tomorrow. Yes! Think of what should tomorrow brings you. This lead us to the next NOTE (3).
REMEMBER:
- Look to the whole picture.
- Don’t focus on the bad things that had happened.
NOTE 3:
POSITIVE VISUALIZATION FOR TOMORROW:
Yes, today may not seem that great, but there’s always tomorrow for a reason! What reason? To live! To live happier than yesterday! THINK positive and every good thing will follow. There are tips and no tricks to live with a positive mindset. One of them is to have an HOUR OF POWER, where you have an hour with your inner-self specifically to motivate you and become definite with your goals & affirmations. Here’s an audio book that I would say one of my favorites on YouTube: (Full Audiobook) This Book Will Change Everything! (Amazing).
Next, you might have read them already, but to note the things-to-accomplish for tomorrow before you go to bed will help you get things done more easily, accurately and in an organized manner.
REMEMBER:
- THINK positive!
- Have an HOUR OF POWER with your inner-self
- List to-accomplish list before getting to bed.
NOTE 4:
DO THEM!
Take action. Yes, it’s not just thinking positive to make your day incredibly happy. There’s no magic to a happy life. You need to take action on how to achieve them. THINGS COULD GO WRONG, but get your feet back to the place where it belongs and move forward NO MATTER WHAT. You were not able to achieve one of your to-do list? Move on! And take a step to the next one and just come back to the one you failed to achieve after you’re able to analyze the situation or of where you are lacking. MAKE SURE you’re able to accomplish them one-by-one.
REMEMBER:
- Take action
- Move on!
- Analyze what’s wrong.
- Achieve everything one by one.
One last note for you:
Things could go wrong, but that doesn’t mean your life is wrong.
Everything is Temporary, so just make the most out of it.
